Boxing Fitness - Full body cardio @ UNITED BOXING CLUB

is a high intensity session that gives you a full body work out that burns fat and builds lean muscle, & Completely conditions your body. Helps increase your cardiovascular endurance whilst also helping you gain boxing skills. we incorporate a variety of exercises using bag work, boxing combinations, foot work, and abs at the end.

Skill levels; Beginner. Intermediate. Advanced. 

Equipment: Wraps, Gloves, Water bottle.

 

Beginner Technical Boxing @ UNITED BOXING CLUB

Taking you from 0-to-100 real quick! Beginner Boxing will give you all the quick tips to accelerate your training, quickly learn the fundamentals and teach you to throw a mean right hook. 

Skill Levels: Beginner.

Equipment: Wraps, Gloves, Water bottle.
