Boxing Fitness - Full body cardio

is a high intensity session that gives you a full body work out that burns fat and builds lean muscle. Helps increase your cardiovascular endurance whilst also helping you gain boxing skills. we incorporate a variety of exercises using bag work, boxing combinations, foot work, and abs at the end.

 

Skill levels; Beginner. Intermediate. Advanced. 

Equipment: Wraps, Gloves, Water bottle.
